The EHR Incentive Program meaningful use registration and attestation deadline is March 31, 2014. Attestation must be completed by 11:59pm ET on March 31 in order to receive an incentive for 2013 participation. CMS has developed an Attestation User Guide to assist eligible professionals in completing their meaningful use attestation. Register and complete your attestation today on the EHR Incentive Program website. Eligible professionals who do not participate in meaningful use are subject to a payment adjustment in 2015.
