Low levels of physical activity were associated with moderate-severe obstructive sleep apnea, according to a study in the October issue of the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine. According to the authors, vigorous exercise may protect against the development of moderate-severe OSA, while low or no exercise could contribute to its occurrence.
