Important reminder to student members: Verify your student status

Student members: The American Academy of Sleep Medicine is preparing for the 2016 membership year and needs you to verify your membership category by completing and returning the Student Membership Account Update Form by Sept. 30, 2015. You may scan and email the form to AASMmembership@aasm.org, fax it to (630) 737-9790 or mail it to the AASM national office.

If the AASM has not received verification of your student status by Sept. 30, 2015, you will be reassigned to the Regular or Affiliate Member category based on the degree information that we have on file. Regular and Affiliate Members pay yearly dues of $250.
