Medicare Carriers CIGNA and National Heritage Insurance Corporation announced individual valuation for the technical component and the modifier 26 for the following G-codes: G0398, G0399 and G0400.
The CIGNA policy covers Idaho, North Carolina, Tennessee, and the National Heritage Insurance Corporation policy covers Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont. Click here to view the individual valuation for these codes.
