Submit SLEEP 2010 Session Proposal Letter of Intent by Oct. 15

Don’t miss the opportunity to submit your letter of intent for a postgraduate course, symposium, clinical workshop or discussion group proposal for the SLEEP 2010 24th Annual Meeting of the Associated Professional Sleep Societies, LLC. The Oct. 15, 2009, deadline is quickly approaching, so submit your letter of intent today!

The APSS Program Committee reviews the letters of intent to identify gaps in the scientific program that must be filled. The letter of intent is easy to complete and requires minimal information, including: (i) a suggested session title; (ii) a 2-3 sentence description of the session objectives; and (iii) a list of potential speakers plus the possible titles of their talks (potential speakers do not need to be confirmed at this time).

A template letter of intent is located on the SLEEP 2010 Web site at The letter must be submitted via e-mail to Amber Josi, Meeting Planner, at by October 15, 2009. The Program Committee will provide feedback concerning your letter of intent in early November 2009. A final version of the proposal must be submitted online via the SLEEP 2010 Web site by Dec. 1, 2009.
