House Panel Approves $1 Billion Budget Increase for NIH in 2011
On July 15 the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies approved $1 billion in added funds for the NIH in fiscal year 2011, which would raise the agency’s budget to more than $32 billion.
