A new white paper by a joint AASM and SRS task force identified the most time-sensitive research priorities in the 2011 NIH Sleep Disorders Research Plan. The paper outlines four major research goals and provides specific recommendations that can be adapted and directed to accelerate translational and clinical research in sleep and circadian rhythms. The paper is published in the February issue of SLEEP.
