The American Academy of Sleep Medicine Member Appreciation Week sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is offered only in the United States and its territories to legal residents of The United States at least 18 years of age at date of entry. The American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) is the official Sweepstakes sponsor (“Sponsor”). Entrants must be active and in good standing (paid through 12/31/2016) as an individual or facility member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine at the time of submission.
To enter via Twitter post a tweet with the designated hashtag #AASMweek2016. Two winners will be drawn from among all unique, original tweets with the designated hashtag posted from March 7, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. CT through March 11, 2016, at 9 p.m. CT. Retweets are not counted as a sweepstakes entry.
To enter by email, submit an email with the subject line AASMweek2016 to Montage@aasm.org. Include in your message a story, news announcement or picture that could be included in a future issue of the membership newsletter, Montage. Two winners will be drawn from among all unique emails received from March 7, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. CT and March 11, 2016, at 9 p.m. CT.
Entrants acknowledge that the Sponsor assumes no liability for an entrant’s entry or participation. All entries will be eligible to be used in a future issue of the AASM member publication, Montage. All entries will be considered for a chance to win. Entries will not be acknowledged. The person or Accredited Sleep Facility to whom the selected Twitter handle is registered will be awarded the prize. By entering, you agree to these official rules (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of the Administrators, which are final and binding in all respects.
There will be one (1) American Academy of Sleep Medicine gift certificate (MSRP: $50) and one (1) AASM promotional prize pack (approx. value $70) awarded randomly to four (4) winners, two (2) from all entries received via Twitter and two (2) from all entries received via the Montage@aasm.org email.
Winners will be notified via Twitter or email on March 14, 2016. Winners must respond via a direct message or email by Friday, March 18, 2016, at 10:59 a.m. CT with a valid shipping address and/or email address for correspondence or else the prize is forfeited. If a prize is forfeited, an alternative winner will be selected.
