Submit SLEEP 2009 CME Claims by Oct. 1

If you registered for CME and/or a letter of attendance for SLEEP 2009, the deadline to claim credits for the meeting is 4 p.m. CDT on Thursday, Oct. 1, 2009. To claim your credits, go to www.sleepmeeting.org/credits/ and complete the online evaluation of the sessions you attended. After Oct. 1, 2009, you will NOT be able to claim your credits.
