Recently, housing companies have contacted individuals stating that they can secure hotel rooms at designated hotels in Minneapolis for the SLEEP 2014 annual meeting. These companies are not authorized to represent the APSS, nor do they have access to officially contracted hotel room blocks or rates on behalf of the APSS. Meet Minneapolis is the official housing bureau for SLEEP 2014. You will be able to reserve rooms through Meet Minneapolis directly from sleepmeeting.org starting January 13. Further details on booking your room using Meet Minneapolis will be available in January. For your own protection, please do not make reservations through any unknown housing or travel company. If you receive a call or email to reserve a room for SLEEP 2014 and are unsure how to proceed, please contact us immediately at sleepmeeting@apss.org. APSS may not be able to assist attendees who have reserved room outside the block if problems result from booking through an unauthorized company.
