The Medicare and Medicaid Electronic Health Records (EHR) Incentive Programs provide incentive payments for demonstrating adoption, implementation, upgrading, or meaningful use of certified EHR technology. Eligible professionals have until Feb. 28, 2015, to attest to demonstrating meaningful use in calendar year 2014. Use the EHR Registration and Attestation System to complete your attestation by the deadline. As a reminder, attestation must be completed annually in order to receive incentives and avoid payment adjustments.
