The deadline has been extended to Friday, Nov. 8 to apply to be a host site for the 2014 Mini-Fellowship Program for International Scholars. This extended five-week program provides practical training in clinical sleep medicine to international physicians from lower-income countries, so they may develop or improve sleep health care in their home countries. Fellows will begin their training at the SLEEP Meeting in Minneapolis and will then spend four weeks at an AASM-accredited U.S. Sleep Center.

Host Site Applications are due Friday, Nov. 8 to srak@aasm.org. Accredited sleep centers interested in becoming a host site or those interested in being a fellow should download the materials from the International Mini-Fellowship page of the AASM website. If you have questions, contact AASM Meeting Coordinator Sara Rak at srak@aasm.org or 630-737-9770.
