Among adults with hypertension, 53.0% had controlled hypertension during 2011–2014, according to a new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. A significant increase was noted in the percentage of adults with controlled hypertension from 1999 to 2014; however, no significant change was noted from 2009 to 2014.
