Since its inception the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) has addressed the pressing concerns of sleep professionals, and cultivated the clinical, scientific and academic interests of its diverse membership through activities and initiatives driven by its members.

Last year was no exception, and the AASM has published a 2008 membership report that provides a summary of the organization’s initiatives and accomplishments from the year; it is apparent upon reading that the impact of the AASM remains stronger than ever. The report is available online now, and a print version will be sent to members with the February 15 issue of Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine.
