On Aug. 1, 2024, ReactDx announced the launch of NiteWatch, an FDA-cleared home sleep monitoring device.
About NiteWatch
NiteWatch is a home sleep test that measures oxygen saturation, photoplethysmogram, pulse rate, airflow, respiratory effort and heart rate variability. It is worn on the wrist and finger.
The device offers reporting on total sleep time, sleep stages, central sleep apnea index and oxygen desaturation. It is integrated with a mobile app, allowing clinicians remote access to patient data. ReactDx’s platform allows clinicians to prescribe home sleep tests and ambulatory cardiac monitoring through a single web-based portal.
NiteWatch has been validated against polysomnography studies for sleep apnea and sleep staging.

Home sleep apnea tests (HSATS) are portable devices designed to monitor and record key physiological parameters such as airflow, oxygen levels and breathing patterns during sleep.
