Adam Fletcher, PhD, CEO & Principal Consultant at Integrated Safety Support, will be the featured presenter. He will discuss the complex biological, psychological and societal factors that influence safety. One primary human factor in workforce safety is sleep, and how it relates to fatigue and performance. This presentation will provide a practical perspective on the primary risk factors and how workforce fatigue can be managed in industrialized contexts.
