The AASM Political Action Committee (PAC) is proud to introduce PAC Perks, a new donor recognition program that makes it easier than ever for members to get involved in advocacy and strengthen our collective voice on Capitol Hill.
What is PAC Perks?
PAC Perks supports the work of the AASM PAC Advisory Panel by expanding our advocacy resources and member engagement. As a nonpartisan political action network, the AASM PAC relies solely on voluntary contributions from AASM members to advance policies that benefit both patients and practitioners. Your support helps us build relationships with federal representatives who champion sleep health and elevate the visibility of sleep medicine across the country.
How it works
Choose your giving level, starting at $50, and make a secure online donation. Depending on your contribution level, you’ll receive exclusive perks such as tickets to the annual Capitol Club reception or an invitation to the AASM’s Hill Day, when members meet directly with congressional staff to advocate for federal sleep-related initiatives. You’ll also receive updates showing how your support helps drive meaningful legislative outcomes.
Why join?
By contributing to the AASM PAC, you’re helping ensure that sleep medicine has a united, influential voice on Capitol Hill. Together, we can advance policies that improve patient care and the future of our field.
About the AASM PAC
Established nearly 30 years ago, the AASM PAC is the only tool we can use to financially support members of Congress who understand the impact of their policymaking on patient care and the field of sleep medicine. Through these efforts, we’ve supported initiatives related to telehealth expansion, research funding, public safety, professional development for physicians, and more.
