The American Sleep Medicine Foundation recently announced the 2014 Focused Projects Award, a new type of funding opportunity. Proposed projects can involve a wide variety of topics or problems relevant to sleep medicine that support the ASMF’s mission of enhancing sleep health through research, education and humanitarian aid. Proposals can involve outcomes, quality metrics and other aspects of health services, or can focus on small research pilot programs, humanitarian or educational efforts or any other type of project that does not fit under the scope of the Strategic Research Award. Applications must be submitted electronically before Nov. 3, 2014.
