Webinar: Stark and Value-Based Arrangements
The American Academy of Sleep Medicine presents a webinar on the Stark Law and Value-Based Arrangements. Tony Maida of McDermott, Will & Emery, a consulting firm specializing in health care policy, will provide general information on the application of the Stark Law to sleep medicine practices. He also will discuss the recent regulations allowing for certain exemptions to the Stark Law for value-based payment relationships, focusing on the very specific and limited application of these exemptions in sleep medicine practices.
