On Jan. 3, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced that Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) submissions for the Quality Payment Program (QPP) can now be submitted and updated through 8 p.m. ET on March 31, 2025.

The AASM has developed the AASM MIPS Submission Toolkit and Quality Measure Reporting Workbooks, which are now available to all members on the MIPS page of the AASM website. These comprehensive resources provide valuable assistance in navigating and completing MIPS submissions.

Members should log in to the QPP site, using their QPP access credentials to submit 2024 performance year data or review any data reported by a third party.  We encourage early submission to allow ample time for troubleshooting.
