This grand round lecture will feature Grace Vincent, PhD, in exploring sleep health challenges and risks among young shift workers and the development of practical, evidence-based resources through a participatory co-design process with industry partners. Attendees of this seminar series will walk away with a better understanding of the gaps in delivering accessible, age-appropriate sleep health education for this population.
