Confirmation will be sent via email within one week of receipt of registration form and payment. All attendees must pre-register.

Cancellation Policy

Written notification must be submitted to the AASM meeting department for registration cancellation. A $50 administrative fee will be withheld on cancellations postmarked prior to October 25, 2024. After this date, no refunds will be available. Refunds are not provided to no-shows. The AASM reserves the right to cancel this course and provide a full refund should conditions warrant. The refund will only include the cost of registration for the event.

Continuing Medical Education (CME)*

The American Academy of Sleep Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The AASM designates these live activities for a maximum of 10.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

The AMA Council on Medical Education mandates that accredited providers only offer AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ to physicians. Non-physicians will be provided a letter of attendance indicating the number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ awarded for the sessions they attended.
