Members of the press areencouraged toutilize the
press room inRoom 101A, operating duringmeeting
registrationhours fromSunday, June 1 at 12:00pm through
Wednesday, June4at 12:00pm. The press room contains
resources to assist reporterswith their stories, including
detailed informationon the participating organizations,
meeting program books and a computer.

Details about membershipandproducts from theAmerican
Academy of SleepMedicine, SleepResearchSociety,
AmericanAssociation of SleepTechnologists,American
Academy of Dental SleepMedicine and/or Society of
Behavioral SleepMedicine areavailable at theSociety
Booth located between rooms 101E and 102A.
Photography/RecordingPolicy
Photography and/or recording of any kind, other thanby
theAPSSor registered press approved by theAPSS,
of sessions, speakers and the exhibit hall is prohibited.
No cameras or recording deviceswill beallowed on the
exhibit floor or in themeeting rooms at any time. Violation
of this rule could result in removal from theMinneapolis
ConventionCenter and the confiscation of the film or
recording device.
Seating
Open-seating sessions are filled on a first-come, first-
served basis. TheAPSS does its best tomatch room
sizewith anticipated demand; however, interest in a topic
occasionally exceeds seating capacity. Seating limits are
strictly enforced by theConventionCenter FireMarshal.
Weencourage you toarriveat meeting rooms as early as
possible for best seating.
