Guest Passes
A registered attendeemay elect to buy a guest pass. Guest
passes are for familymembers only and allow entrance to
the exhibit hall and industry sponsoredevents only. Guests
must be 16 years of age in order to enter the exhibit hall.
Guests are not permitted to attendany of thegeneral or
ticketed sessions.
Badge Identification
All meetingparticipants and guestsmust wear a badge.
Badges allow entrance to the scientific sessions and
SLEEP2014 exhibit hall. Your cooperationwith this policy
is appreciated.
Recycle your badgeholder. Bins for collectingbadge
holderswill be located in the convention center for you
to recycle your badgeholder.

Exhibit Hall
TheSLEEP2014 exhibit hall showcases boothdisplays
of pharmaceutical companies, equipment manufacturers,
medical publishers and software companies. Youmust be
at least 16 years of age to enter the exhibit hall.

SymposiaSerieswill be heldSaturday, May 31 –Sunday,

The event is free toAASM and/or SRS student members
who registeredbyApril 16, 2014. On-site registration

Speaker ReadyRoom
Speakers participating inOral Presentations, Bench to
Bedside sessions, BrownBagReports, InvitedLectures,
Symposia, DiscussionGroups, PostgraduateCourses,
LunchDebate sessions andClinicalWorkshops are
required to use theSpeaker ReadyRoom to upload their
PowerPoint presentations onto a central server. The
Speaker ReadyRoom is located inRoom 101Aat the
MinneapolisConventionCenter. Speakersmust upload
their presentations 24 hours in advance of their scheduled
session time. Technicianswill beavailable to provide
