The American Medical Association (AMA) Specialty Society Relative Value Scale Update Committee (RUC) will meet in Chicago this weekend to discuss a number of issues pertaining to the RUC, including Relative Value Recommendations for CPT 2008 and 2009.
Gerald Rich, MD, chair of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) Health Policy Committee and AASM staff will be in attendance at the meeting.
