CI (48.1-66.3%). Similar sensitivity and specificity values have been
found in children (author’s data pending publication). These findings
suggested that a nocturnal SOREMP may be a reliable clinical

clinical symptoms of excessive daytime sleepiness and the finding
of a nocturnal SOREMP, further questioning regarding narcolepsy
symptoms using child appropriate language is suggested.
